About the Course
Step away from what has you feeling run-down and join us on a brief but impactful retreat. On the first day we will help you identify what you would like to renew, then on the second day we will move through anything holding you back so that on the last day you can reset and re-enter everyday life with new vitality. Art and nature to help you center your mind, yoga and meditation to move through what you are processing, even learn to make herbal tinctures and start something now that will pay off later.
